Commitment 1 Performance & Responsiveness
For over 40 years of establishment of the company, we have been meeting the diverse requests of customers using our wealth of knowledge on rubber and our reliable technical capabilities. We have been pursuing high-precision manufacturing (monozukuri) as we have endeavored to meet the needs of not just the automobile industry, but all industries. We believe that, “the initial stage is the key in manufacturing,” and so we focus on providing support from the preparation stages, for example, in design and materials selection.
Commitment 2 Extensive equipment realizing production at low cost and short delivery time, and also high-mix rubber products
It is our company policy that we make an active capital investment to cope with a variety of customers’ requirements. The investment should achieve such outcome as low cost production and a short delivery time by multiple Nos. of equipment with the same output. Our programming is so designed as to assure rubber molding under stabilized processing conditions, allowing us to meet the request of production of many kinds in small quantities.
Commitment 3 Quality management system aiming at zero defects
At Kuzuhara Gomu, we carry out thorough quality management so that achieving “zero defects” is not just a dream. To prevent human errors from occurring, we not only manufacture our products using machines and automation as much as possible, but we also pay close attention to the precision of our mold designs. We meticulously maintain the machinery and devices daily, and carefully check items such as temperature, pressure, and molding time.

Kuzuhara Gomu is capable of handling resin (plastic) molding besides rubber molding. We can do with insert molding and resin molding with both soft and hard resins. Please contact us for such resin molding requirements.
